- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Sad to see the negative reviews. I have been taking my dogs to Blairsville Animal Hospital for 15 years. While I agree it can get pricey, things like X-rays and lab work are expensive. They treat animals with the same care a human doctor would give their patients, and Dr. Livingston and all the vets and techs there genuinely care about their patients. I had a concern and left a message with the receptionist and Dr. Livingston called me at 8pm that night, and discussed the situation for about 15 minutes. She was obviously still working.
